As a Zest 4 Life Nutrition and Health Coach I can support you on a one to one basis to help you achieve your goals of health, wellbeing and weight loss. You will receive professional zest4life weight loss materials containing the key information you need to get going on your journey to optimum health. You will have weekly reviews with me over an initial 8 week period and your program will include a health, diet and lifestyle analysis and personal recommendations that will help you reach your goal weight. You will learn about healthy eating and how to apply low GL eating to your specific circumstances to enable you to be as successful as possible without ever feeling deprived.
My Weight Loss Support Programs provide weekly or fortnightly support and typically involve some or all of the following elements:
Initial personal consultation - 1 hour
Additional face-to-face consultations - 30/45/60 mins
Mini progress review calls - 15 mins (telephone/Skype)
Mini weigh-in sessions - 15 mins (face-to-face)
Full Body Composition Analysis, including weight, BMI, body fat %, muscle mass, visceral fat and metabolic age
Personalised nutrition advice and supplement plan
Motivational Health and Weight Loss Coaching
Weekly food diary review
Your healthy eating shopping list

You will also be able to tailor the sessions to your needs if you have any specific things you wish to focus on. Appropriate tests can be arranged where necessary (e.g. food intolerances, thyroid malfunction, hormones, homocysteine, candida, cholesterol plus many others depending on your requirements. additional costs apply).

As a nutrition and health coach, I am experienced in dealing with clients who want to manage their weight. My programs are designed to help you achieve your weight goals, using a targeted food plan and structured supplement protocol, to provide you with the tools for success. Rather than a crash diet, this carefully structured program helps you establish a healthier relationship with food - one that involves reflecting on what your eating motives are and the role sleep, exercise and rest play in controlling weight. For some, there may be a biochemical reason that is affecting your weight - including blood sugar imbalance, and thyroid or adrenal imbalances. Whatever the hidden issue behind your weight I aim to find out what it is and then use nutritional therapy and health coaching to help you address any imbalance. Gaining an understanding of these will help you to stay on track too!
